Plant Manager

Manage and coordinate plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and shipping.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and manage the plant budget.
Recruit, train, and manage plant personnel, including production workers, maintenance technicians, and quality control personnel.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
5
years of experience in a production environment, experience in plastic pipe or extruding process manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, quality control, and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
