For Sale: 1978 GMC Sierra 1500 in Umatilla , Oregon for sale in Umatilla, OR
Vehicle Description Classic 78 GMC Sierra Heavy Half Truck $7,000 I am selling my classic Truck.
It had one owner before me.
I purchased it with the intent to restore it.
Unfortunately I have to move soon and don't have the means to transport all my vehicles.
It has 126,000 miles.
Original paint.
New clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, throw out bearing, radiator, spark plugs and wires, new edelbrock carburetor, new valve covers, new fuel pump and fuel lines, the extra fuel line that I took a picture of allows you to run the truck from a gas can When the fuel tank is empty.
new fuel sending units and new fuel tank selector valve, new fuel gage, new windshield.
I added a digital thermostat that tells the interior temp and coolant temp.
It has a 4 speed munchie transmission.
That is a strong durable transmission that is highly sought after.
I prefer to update mechanical parts before body work.
That is why I didn't start the paint job yet.
This is a great truck with many years of use left for anyone who wants it.
One of the best things about owning a classic is that the parts won't get discontinued.
You will always be able to fix anything on it.
This is the type of vehicle that can last you and your family forever.
As long as you take care of it.
